We are holding a consultation event for the planning application to Maldon District Council for a solar farm at Prentice's Farm on the land east of Crows Lane, Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 8RT.
The consultation will take place at The Multi Purpose Room, Champions Manor Hall, Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5LJ on Monday 5th December 2022 between 14.00- 18.00. Here you will have the opportunity to see the plans, learn more about the proposal and talk to the project team.
Among its many benefits, the Prentice's Farm Solar Farm will produce enough clean, renewable energy to power approximately 5,200 homes per year and offset approximately 4,500 tonnes of CO2 per year, thus assisting Maldon District Council in meeting its pledge to become a carbon-neutral authority by 2030.
